"CREDRIGHT" or "Company" or "we" or "us" is a leading trading and financial services portal/platform that offers a range of services to its customers through its website. Any use of CREDRIGHT herein includes CREDRIGHT and its affiliates, vendors, partners, agents and other personnel.

Your use of CREDRIGHT products, services, tools, resources, content, community features and websites (collectively, the "Services") is subject to and governed by these Terms of Service (the "Terms of Use" or "Agreement" or "Terms"), which constitute a binding legal agreement between you and CREDRIGHT.

By accessing this Site or using any Services, you signify your assent to these terms and the Privacy Policy that are incorporated herein by reference. You further agree to use any Services solely in accordance with the Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, you must stop using this Site immediately.


CREDRIGHT's provision of Services to you is expressly subject to these Terms, which constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and CREDRIGHT upon your use or access of the Site. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or accessing any Services offered on the Site. By accessing or using the Site or by merely browsing the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all obligations applicable to Site users stated in the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms in their entirety, including provisions incorporated herein, you may not use the Site. It is your responsibility to review and understand all terms and conditions set forth in these Terms, and to use the Site in accordance with the Terms and applicable law. In order to participate in certain other services provided through the Website, you will be required to agree to additional terms and conditions, which will be provided to you separately. The Company's ability to provide, and your eligibility to receive such other Services may also depend on the State in which you reside or in which you have requested the particular Services.


CREDRIGHT reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms at any time at its sole discretion. If we do so, we will post notice of updating on the Site. If the changes are significant, we may also notify you at the last email address you provided to us in your registration information. Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Site, and your continued use of the Site after such time will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. It is therefore important that you review these Terms regularly upon each use of the Services to ensure you are updated as to any changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Site and you are also free to cancel your account with us without further obligation.


You may not use this Site, or access or use Services offered on the Site, if (i) you are an Indian resident less than 18 years of age; (ii) you are not of legal age to enter into a binding legal contract with CREDRIGHT under the laws applicable to you, or (iii) you are legally barred from using or accessing this Site or any Services under the applicable laws in your country of residence. Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you are less than 18 years of age.


Use of Services in accordance with Applicable Law. You agree to the Services only for purposes that are permitted by any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions (including, without limitation, (i) any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the United States or India or other relevant countries and (ii) in the case of lenders and other credit providers using the Services, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act ("ECOA"), Regulation B promulgated under ECOA, the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Housing Act or any other Act applicable.

Use of Services in accordance with the Company's Anti- Discrimination Policy. The Company's Anti-Discrimination Policy is fundamental to its operations and overall business philosophy. Any lender or other creditor must also comply with this fundamental Company policy, set out below, in connection with its use of Services: Discrimination in any part of the loan or application process is not only unlawful; CREDRIGHT strongly believes that it is also immoral. Accordingly, the Company does not tolerate discrimination or any action having a discriminatory or discouraging impact, on any basis prohibited under applicable law, including, but not limited to, race, colour, religion, national origin, sex, sexual preference, gender identity, marital status, familial status, age, handicap or disability, excluding only special-purpose loan programs authorized by law.

Registration and other Information you provide to CREDRIGHT. If you to access case studies, financial calculator tools, the Newsletter, Small Business Lending trends, the Expert Network or simply browse our Site, no prior registration is required. However, if you wish to use any other Services, including without limitation CREDRIGHT scorecard, the business loan and credit Dashboard, Business Finance Services (as defined) or participate in Community features, you must in all such cases register with CREDRIGHT and expressly accept the Terms. You will be prompted to registration if you attempt to use or access such Services. In order to access the Services for which registration is required, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration process for the Service, or as part of your continued use of the Services. You agree that any registration information you give to CREDRIGHT will always be accurate, correct, up to date, and complete in terms of all information as may be requested on the Site ("Registration Data").You agree to maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, together with any other information you provide to CREDRIGHT, and to keep all such information accurate, current and complete.

You are responsible for your Account. You agree and understand you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services. You hereby accept all risks of unauthorized access to the Registration Data and any other information you provide to CREDRIGHT. You are responsible for all activity on your CREDRIGHT account, and for all charges incurred by your CREDRIGHT account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify CREDRIGHT immediately at info@CREDRIGHT.com

Registration and Site Access. Once you register with us and agree to Terms, you can access and use all Services on our Site, subject to the provisions of the Terms Agreement.

Prohibited Activities. You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by CREDRIGHT, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with CREDRIGHT. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services through any automated means (including use of scripts or web crawlers) and shall ensure that you comply with the instructions set out in any robots.txt file present on the Services. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Services) Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with CREDRIGHT, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose.


CREDRIGHT offers a variety of business services to its customers designed to assist in analysing, comparing and applying for all sorts of loans or other financing ("Finance Services"). If you wish to use any Finance Services, you must first register with CREDRIGHT and expressly accept the Terms. In order to access Finance Services online, you must complete and submit a Qualification Form. All business services provided to customers may bear applicable charges as decided from time to time solely by CREDRIGHT. Certain additional services, such as business plan support or credit reports, when available are on an additional fee-basis as posted on the Site. If you wish to use Finance Services, you will also be required to certain additional terms authorizing CREDRIGHT to access and share certain personal and financial information and documents with potential lenders.

By Accepting terms & conditions, you authorize CredRight Pvt Ltd. to gather statements of account or financial data or payment data either directly from the company where the account is present or indirectly through third party applications/services.


Some of the services offered on the Website may require the payment of fees, interest and other amounts ("Charged Services"). These services are subject to separate agreements into which you must enter prior to participating in such service. If you elect to sign up for Charged Services, you shall pay all applicable amounts, as described on the Website in connection with such Charged Services selected by you. CREDRIGHT reserves the right to change its prices and at any time, subject to applicable law. You authorize CREDRIGHT directly or through third parties, to make any inquiries it considers necessary to validate your account and financial information as provided while signing up for such Charged Services. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties. You agree to pay for any such taxes that might be applicable to your use of the Services and payments made by you to CREDRIGHT. Other amounts and the terms for payment of those amounts are described on specific application pages as you progress through your application (and from time to time thereafter). A written confirmation, e-mail, website selection or online acceptance is generally considered to be confirmation of a customer's participation and will be invoiced accordingly.


Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability. This shall include, but not be limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation, any loss of data suffered, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or other intangible loss; or from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content or services, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our website, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or other information stored therein, (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party, and/or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the website.

Any loss or damage which may be incurred by you, including but not limited to loss or damage as a result of:

Any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, or as a result of any relationship or transaction between you and any advertiser or sponsor whose advertising appears on the services;

Any changes which CREDRIGHT may make to the services, or for any permanent or temporary cessation in the provision of the services (or any features within the services);

The deletion of, corruption of, or failure to store, any content and other communications data maintained or transmitted by or through your use of the services;

Your failure to provide CREDRIGHT with accurate account information or other registration data; or

Your failure to keep your password or account details secure and confidential;

The foregoing limitations on CREDRIGHT's liability to you set forth shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction whether or not CREDRIGHT has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of any such losses arising.


Under no circumstances shall CREDRIGHT be held liable for any delay or failure in this Website and/or any of the Services and/or information on the Website directly or indirectly resulting from, arising out of, relating to or in connection with events beyond the reasonable control of CREDRIGHT, including, without limitation, Internet failures, equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labour or materials, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, explosions, acts of God, war, terrorism, intergalactic struggles, governmental actions, orders of courts, agencies or tribunals or non-performance of third parties. The provisions of this paragraph are in addition to, and not intended to limit or modify, the limitation of Limitation of Liability section as stipulated above.


Scope of Terms and Your Right of Termination. Once you subscribe to the Terms Agreement, the Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or CREDRIGHT, as set out below. If you wish to terminate your legal agreement with CREDRIGHT, you may do so by (a) notifying CREDRIGHT at any time and (b) closing your accounts for all of the Services which you use, where CREDRIGHT has made this option available to you. If you terminate your use of the Site you must pay the fees applicable for the balance of the then current billing period (if your billing period is monthly, we will prorate your account to the nearest month-end after termination).

Our Right of Termination. Notwithstanding any provision of these Terms, CREDRIGHT reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, without any notice or liability to you, to (a) terminate its legal agreement with you; and/or (b) block or prevent your future access to and use of all or any portion of the Site or Services. If:

you have breached any provision of the Terms (or have acted in manner which clearly shows that you do not intend to, or are unable to comply with the provisions of the Terms); or

CREDRIGHT is required to do so by law (for example, where the provision of the Services to you is, or becomes, unlawful); or

the partner with whom CREDRIGHT offered the Services to you has terminated its relationship with CREDRIGHT or ceased to offer the Services to you; or

CREDRIGHT is transitioning to no longer providing the Services to users in the country in which you are resident or from which you use the service; or

the provision of the Services to you by CREDRIGHT is, in CREDRIGHT's opinion, no longer commercially viable.

Inactive Accounts. If your account is inactive for one year or longer, we may at our sole discretion deactivate your account. Deactivated accounts are placed in storage for up to one year and can be restored at our discretion.

Posted Content. Upon termination of our legal agreement for any reason, your user Content previously posted on the Site may be retained, deleted and/or archived by CREDRIGHT, at its sole discretion

Survival of Rights and Obligations. When these Terms come to an end, all of the legal rights, obligations and liabilities that you and CREDRIGHT have benefited from, been subject to (or which have accrued over time whilst the Terms have been in force), or which are expressed to continue indefinitely, shall be unaffected by this cessation, shall continue to apply with full legal force and effect indefinitely, including without limitation to the rights, obligations and liabilities under Section5 (Legal Provisions), Section 14 (Exclusion of Warranties), Section15 (Limitation of Liability), this Section 16 (Termination and Survival of Terms) and Section 17 (Other Legal Provisions), shall survive indefinitely.


Sometimes when you use the Services, you may (as a result of, or through your use of the Services) use a service or download a piece of software, or purchase goods, which are provided by another person or company. Your use of these other services, software or goods may be subject to separate terms between you and the company or person concerned. If so, the Terms do not affect your legal relationship with these other companies or individuals.

The Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and CREDRIGHT and govern your use of the Services, and completely replace any prior agreements between you and CREDRIGHT in relation to the Services.

You agree that CREDRIGHT may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the Terms, by email, regular mail, or postings on the Services.

You agree that if CREDRIGHT does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in the Terms (or which CREDRIGHT has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of CREDRIGHT's rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to CREDRIGHT.

If any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms without affecting the rest of the Terms. The remaining provisions of the Terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.

You acknowledge and agree that each member of the group of companies of which CREDRIGHT is the parent shall be third party beneficiaries to the Terms and that such other companies shall be entitled to directly enforce, and rely upon, any provision of the Terms which confers a benefit on (or rights in favour of) them. Other than this, no other person or company shall be third party beneficiaries to the Terms or Terms Agreement.

The Terms, and your relationship with CREDRIGHT under the Terms, shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law's provisions. You and CREDRIGHT agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within India to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that CREDRIGHT shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

The posting of this Site and Terms on the internet is a passive activity of CREDRIGHT, access to which by any person in any particular jurisdiction does not imply that CREDRIGHT intends to conduct any activities within that jurisdiction or that it invokes the protection of or intends to comply with the legal requirements of any particular jurisdiction other than India. Reference to a particular Service does not mean that CREDRIGHT intends to make such Service available in all States and Union Territories of India or in all countries outside of India.

If any provision of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. CREDRIGHT may assign any or all of its rights hereunder to any party without your consent. You are not permitted to assign any of your rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of CREDRIGHT, and any such attempted assignment will be void and unenforceable. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CREDRIGHT regarding your use of the Site, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications whether electronic, oral or written between you and CREDRIGHT regarding your use of the Site. The parties confirm that it is their wish that these Terms, as well as any other documents relating to the Terms, including notices, have been and shall be drawn up in the English language only.


While it is acceptable for users to maintain multiple accounts, we can and do track all accounts used on the same computer(s), and consider them one account for the purpose of monitoring violations of these Terms. If these Terms are violated severely enough to warrant the termination of one account, all known accounts held by that user and/or all accounts using the same computer(s) may also be banned at the administrators' discretion.


Topics and messages that violate these Terms will be deleted from the site and additional penalties may be applied at our moderators' discretion. Re-posting deleted violations (yours or those of others) is also considered a violation. Messages and topics may be removed at any time and for any reason at the sole discretion of our editors and designated moderators. User accounts may be warned, suspended, or revoked at any time and for any reason at the sole discretion of our editors and our designated moderators. All determinations of what is "acceptable" and "unacceptable" content will be determined solely by our editors and moderators.

Intentional, repeated, or severe violations are cause for the banning of your account, all use of the site from your IP address or your entire ISP. In such event, we also reserve the right to contact your ISP concerning your activities.


You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold CREDRIGHT and all of our officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, information providers, affiliates, partners and licensors (collectively, the "CREDRIGHT") harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by any CREDRIGHT Party in connection with any claim including, but not limited to, claims for defamation, violation of rights of publicity and/or privacy, patent or copyright or trademark infringement arising out of:

Your connection to our sites;

Your use of our sites;

The content, quality or performance of content that you submit to our sites;

Any use or alleged use of your accounts or your passwords by any person, whether or not authorized by you;

Your violation of these Terms; or

Your violation of the rights of any other person or entity.

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us and you agree to cooperate with our defence of these claims.

CREDRIGHT shall have no indemnification obligation or other liability for any claim of infringement arising from (a) your use of the Website and/or the Service or Content associated with the Website or Service other than in accordance with these Terms; (b) the combination of the Website and/or the goods, services or Content associated with the Website with any other products, services, or materials; or (c) any third party products, services, content, or materials.


The customers having grievance / complaint about our services / product may inform in writing to our Officer(s) for immediate resolution of the same at info@CREDRIGHT.com. Our Officer(s) will provide the highlights of the complaints received and redressal to the Board of Directors for their review and compliance at each subsequent meeting.


This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and subject to the provisions of arbitration set out herein and the Courts at Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy.

If any dispute arises between CREDRIGHT and the User in connection with or arising out of the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of the Policy, such dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.

That in case you wish to refer any dispute to Arbitration you will intimate CREDRIGHT of your intent and within 15 days of receipt, CREDRIGHT will appoint a sole arbitrator whose seat of the arbitration shall be Hyderabad, India. The language of the arbitration proceedings and of all written decisions and correspondence relating to the arbitration shall be English.
